What is the difference between the 16 Blood Metals Panel and the 8 Metals Blood Spot Test?

The 16 Blood Metals Panel requires a Blood Draw from a local phlebotomist. The 8 Metals Blood Spot test can be done at home and does not require a phlebotomist.
