Made of 100 % Chaga Conks – No Myceliated Grain

Mycelium is the roots or underground threading of the mushroom while the conk is the “mushroom body”.
More often than not grain-grown mushroom extract is not a mushroom at all but rather a myceliated grain. While myceliated extract isn’t bad for you – containing approx. 80% of grain, it’s definitely not as beneficial as the fruiting body is. Grain-grown mycelium doesn’t contain a near number of beta-d-glucans or other compounds that the conk does.

Which is Better – Liquid or Capsuled Powder?

Both tincture and capsules enter your system quickly, but capsules must travel through the digestive tract thus elongating the absorption process by 20-30 minutes.

Dropping tincture under your tongue allows the mucous membranes in your mouth to instantly absorb the good stuff.

Essentially it also comes down to preference, as tinctures are not everyone’s cup of tea.

For our mushroom tinctures we use Miron glass violet bottles, a unique scientifically researched type of glass packaging known as biophotonic. This researched violet glass protects, prolongs and revitalises the energy stored inside the natural ingredients in the product. Miron glass also filters out harmful rays while filtering in infrared, ultraviolet and violet lights, which prolongs the shelf life and efficacy of the product. Due to a particular mix of minerals present inside the Miron glass, this bottle also ensures optimal preservation of the nutrients.
