Perfect for a little health conscious snack. Store these in an air tight container for up to 3 days. Yields 10 - 12 biscuits.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour (you can make it yourself by blending gluten free rolled oats until powdery)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup nut milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Cut butter with a fork or pastry cutter into flour.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (greased with coconut oil).
5. Drop a heaping tablespoon onto a pan.
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 12-15 minutes.
