Perfect for a little health conscious snack. Store these in an air tight container for up to 3 days. Yields 10 - 12 biscuits.
Chewy oat drop biscuits
Ingredients:⁠
- 1 cup oat flour (you can make it yourself by blending gluten free rolled oats until powdery)⁠
- 1/2 tsp salt⁠
- 2 tsp baking powder⁠                                                                                                   - 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup nut milk of your choice⁠
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter
- 1 egg⁠

Instructions:⁠
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.⁠
2. Cut butter with a fork or pastry cutter into flour.⁠
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.⁠
4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (greased with coconut oil).⁠
5. Drop a heaping tablespoon onto a pan.⁠
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 12-15 minutes.⁠
