Thanks for shopping with D & A Health. We want you to be happy with your order, but if something is not right, here is how returns work.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: Opened medical and hygiene products cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you once it has been received.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are for the customer
- Shipping costs are non refundable
- Only the cost of the product will be refunded
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
