(spinach + mango = spango)
Getting your greens in doesn't have to be boring or difficult. Try this every morning for 2 - 3 weeks and you'll notice a difference in your energy levels, skin and loo habits.
🥬1/2 cup of frozen mango or pineapple pieces
🥬1 large handful of spinach
🥬Piece of cucumber (around 6cm)
🥬250ml of coconut water (for added sweetness, can use normal water too)
🥬1/2 - 1 celery stick
🥬100ml of mineral water
🥬A tiny piece of ginger root (optional)
