I am very happy with my ketomojo. Even though the strips are ridiculously expensive I am very grateful to have this monitor to keep an eye on my ketones and glucose on longer fasts. I suspect as I become a more seasoned faster I will need it less, but for now it gives great peace of mind when fasting and is helping me understand how different foods affect blood glucose and ketosis 😉
