What is GKI and why it matters

Why test blood ketones instead of urine or breath
Blood testing measures beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), the main ketone your body uses for fuel. Urine strips only show excess ketones your body is getting rid of and become less reliable as you adapt to keto. Blood testing is the most accurate way to know your level.
Which strips work with my meter
The Keto-Mojo GKI Bluetooth meter only works with Keto-Mojo GKI glucose and ketone strips. Strips from other brands, and US GK+ strips, are not compatible.
How many strips do I need for a GKI reading
One ketone strip and one glucose strip. Test ketones first, then glucose straight after, and the meter shows your GKI automatically. The Combo Pack gives you 60 full GKI readings.
Which app does the meter sync with
The meter connects by Bluetooth to the free MyMojoHealth app on iOS and Android, where you can see your readings and trends over time.
When should I use control solution
Use control solution when you open a new box of strips, if your results do not match how you feel, or after dropping your meter. It confirms your meter and strips are reading correctly.
