The service in issuing me with a replacement Keto Mojo meter was phenomenal. Service was speedy and very friendly. On receipt of the meter, I could not read more than one reading on the cellphone app, received immediate assistance from Dean at D&A Health who also sent me a video, and everything was sorted out. It turns out it was a problem on my side. I will recommend Dean at D&A Health to everyone without a moment's hesitation. This kind of service is very rare. It is very easy to use and give you the confidence that the reading that your meter displays is correct.
I am currently in the process of correlation studies on the instrument. Very impressed with the results of all the tests run in parallel with my lab instrumentation as well as the local reference on laboratory.
I am in the process of identifying suitable candidates for...in particular Haemoglobin comparison. I have had a few outliers...but I am reasonably satisfied thus far. Particularly impressed with the Lipogram results. The studies are still in the initial stages but I am optimistic thus far.
This p.o.c instrument will have a fantastic application in my particular practise...as I often need to leave the rooms to attend to patients who are not ambulatory/too frail to attend a formal consultation at my rooms.
